Booking terms and conditions
By continuing with the reservation, you are accepting the terms and conditions set
forth below:
1-A 30% prepayment is required to confirm the reservation and secure the
accommodation.
2-The reservation will not be confirmed until this prepayment is received.
The final amount will be paid 2 weeks before arrival. Upon receiving this last
payment, instructions will be sent that will include the details of the check-in.
3-Reservations made 4 weeks before arrival, will have to be paid on the spot.
4-It is completely forbidden to smoke, inside the accommodation.
5-Check-ins are made after 4pm. The deadline for check-out is 10am and will be
subject to availability.
6-Once the accommodation has been booked, no change of ownership can be
made, without incurring any expenses.
7-All accommodations are equipped with a basic supply of towels and toilet paper.
Once finished, the company will not be responsible for supplying these items and it
will be the guest who will have to take care of your purchase.
10. All accommodations are supplied with general and specific information about the
property and the surroundings. It is important to pay attention to parking areas and
nearby containers.
11. The company is not responsible for late arrivals / departures, as well as lost days
of stay due to any circumstance.
12.The company is not responsible for the return of money in case of No SHow.
